Solar Water Heater
FPC
High-pressure solar water heating for apartments, multi-storey buildings, and premium residences — works with any existing plumbing.
How Flat Plate Collector Solar Heaters Work
Flat Plate Collectors (FPC) use a copper absorber plate bonded to copper risers inside a flat, glazed enclosure. Solar radiation passes through the low-iron tempered glass cover, heats the copper plate, and transfers heat to water flowing through the risers. The entire assembly is pressurized — water enters and exits under mains pressure — making FPC systems compatible with all modern shower systems, mixer taps, and instant-draw faucets. The flat, low-profile design blends seamlessly with building facades and terrace installations. Kamal Solar FPC systems use high-conductivity copper absorbers with selective black chrome coating for maximum absorption (95%) and minimal heat loss (5%).
Why Choose Kamal Solar Solar Water Heater FPC?
Fully Pressurized Flow
Works at full mains pressure — compatible with power showers, thermostatic mixers, and multi-point draw systems.
Multi-Storey Compatible
Pressurized design means no overhead tank needed. Ideal for apartments, villas, hospitals, and hostels.
Copper Absorber Plate
High-conductivity copper with selective black chrome coating delivers 95% solar absorption efficiency.
Aesthetic Flat Profile
Slim, flat panel sits flush on rooftop or integrated into facade — significantly more aesthetic than tube collectors.
High Thermal Efficiency
Optimized collector design delivers faster water heating and improved energy savings in all seasons.
Backup Heater Ready
Compatible with electric backup element — automatically activates on consecutive cloudy days to ensure uninterrupted supply.
